Hell yeah! return of the legend!
"The original Yelli was the hardtail that we wanted to ride. It didn't exist, so we built it." - Lance Canfield
Except it has bottle braze ons on the seat tube. @Canfield Bikes what is the seat tube insertion max?Nice thing about this bike is the super short seat tube insertion. Maximum dropper. I keep looking at these aggressive hardtails and they have these large extensions on the seat tube meaning for those of use with short legs and long torsos we are stuck with tiny droppers. This immediately puts it on my list for a bike I would ride!
Hmm good point. This would be interesting to know. Can you just pull the bolts and it is clean to the bend in the tube or is there a limit due to rivnuts or braze ons?Except it has bottle braze ons on the seat tube. @Canfield Bikes what is the seat tube insertion max?
The SDG Tellis 170mm speced on the build is 282mm slammed, which it appears to be in the pictures. Perhaps the braze ons are some sort of surface mount? A oneup 210mm is 297mm slammed (for example).Hmm good point. This would be interesting to know. Bottle mounts do not interfere inside the seat tube. Max insertion is as follows per size...
S: 280mm
M: 320mm
L: 360mm
XL: 390mm
