THE 29ER HARDTAIL THAT STARTED A REVOLUTION IS REVIVED WITH MODERN GEO, FEATURES AND SIZING.

We're stoked to introduce the third generation of the Yelli Screamy, the aluminum hardtail 29er that revolutionized the way bikes with big wheels ride.

Back by popular demand, the all-new Yelli Screamy is longer and slacker with increased reach across all sizes and a 65.5-degree head-angle (with 130mm fork), yet retains its rally car-like handling thanks to 16.7-inch chainstays and signature Canfield geo. Crafted from 6061 series aluminum for a compliant ride, the Yelli features stealth dropper routing, ISCG tabs, boost spacing and three water bottle mounts.

"The original Yelli was the hardtail that we wanted to ride. It didn't exist, so we built it." - Lance Canfield

Available with Orange Dreamcycle, Purple Haze, Slate Train and Blue It powder coat finishes in S, M, L and XL. The Yelli Screamy is available for pre-order now with special discount pricing.

Legend! The Yelli and the Banshee Paradox convinced me that the 29er AM hardtail was actually a thing...

Nice thing about this bike is the super short seat tube insertion. Maximum dropper. I keep looking at these aggressive hardtails and they have these large extensions on the seat tube meaning for those of use with short legs and long torsos we are stuck with tiny droppers. This immediately puts it on my list for a bike I would ride!
No marketing speak. I remember buying one of these on first release and it truly did change 29ers for the better. Rode that thing in big Phoenix gnar trails that were above my pay grade.

Except it has bottle braze ons on the seat tube. @Canfield Bikes what is the seat tube insertion max?

Hmm good point. This would be interesting to know. Can you just pull the bolts and it is clean to the bend in the tube or is there a limit due to rivnuts or braze ons?

The SDG Tellis 170mm speced on the build is 282mm slammed, which it appears to be in the pictures. Perhaps the braze ons are some sort of surface mount? A oneup 210mm is 297mm slammed (for example).
Bottle mounts do not interfere inside the seat tube. Max insertion is as follows per size...

S: 280mm
M: 320mm
L: 360mm
XL: 390mm

Will ask my obligatory question- good bike for greens and blues ? Or smash Enduro? I like the cane creek 120. Thx.
How would sizing run? I'm 5-8. I find it hard to judge from my current bike. Cockpits have all tilted forward since then. Reaches went up a size and seat tubes tilted up to follow. Not sure where I should land today.

With the BB drop and the yoke it looks like 27.5x3 is still on the table?
