yakima superjoe 3 help
a friend gave me a yakima rack that I belive is the superjoe 3

it's been sitting in his attic for who knows how long... i'm having issues adjusting the hub... the red lock portions will pull out and twist... but nothing happens... it doesn't seem to be attached to anything
anyone have any ideas or any help?
