I happen to like SRAM products, but if the XTR has worked for you, why bother switching? It boils down to a matter of preference, IMO. Both products are very good, and have their own pros and cons. Only one way to find out if you have a preference, and that is to try the SRAM. It's an expensive proposition if you find out you don't like it, though.
