I believe so. I have XT and that's exactly what I do it with.
for the bb yes. but might need some more tools for the crank
Or, you can get both tools in this one tool. The only drawback is that you won't be able to use a torque wrench when installing the BB. I never had a problem, 305 to 435 in-lbs is pretty significant.

And as Midgetman said, a 5mm hex wrench to tighten the left crank arm.

The park BBT10 looks nice but you can buy the OEM Shimano tool TL-FC16 for $1.99. You only go basically finger tight on the nut
