XTR Brake Lever Blade, non-curved. Part number ?

I am currently running XTR 970series disc brake and I love them. But the lever blade doesn't work too well with grip shift and one finger braking.

I recently seen another kind of lever blade on a custumer bike. The blade looked like the XT lever blade.

Anyone know the part number ?
Any other lever available ?
