Has anyone ordered replacement parts for their XTR 9100 rear hub?
I am going to need to replace the bearings/race and probably would like to get the seals, springs, etc.. Due to use, neglect and abuse.

Is there a replacement kit part number, cost or any other info.
I have looked around on the web for internal parts but have not found anything yet.

You can search for the freehub, which shows a PDF https://si.shimano.com/api/publish/storage/pdf/en/ev/FH-M9111/EV-FH-M9111-4480A.pdf . Elsewhere, there is a dealer manual for the overhaul of the hub(s).

If you do not have an idea what a baseline condition of the parts is once you have it disassembled, it is prudent--as you suggest--to replace questionable parts. In particular, you'll want to look at the hubshell/axle assembly on the bearing races to make sure there is no scoring/pitting, the "spacer" (fingered sliding piece), and all of the parts labelled 'seal'. The tool listed is not necessary for installing the freehub seal, as it can be done (carefully) by hand. As long as the bearing retainers themselves are in good condition, you can simply push the balls out and replace them with new ones.

Thanks, I was wondering if I could order the parts to the hub myself or have to go thru a dealer/shop?
I should have mentioned I do have the scoring/pitted in the bearings and races already and need to replace them.
