So, I replaced my cassette, shifter, cable and housing (2x) and chain. The shift from the 4th cog from bottom either hangs up and won’t fall, so I have to loosen cable tension for it to drop. But, then it ticks on the 3rd and 2nd cog from the bottom. Bottom meaning smallest. I’ve changed out 11s xtr more than a dozen times, this is driving me crazy! Hanger is aligned as well. Any ideas?

Does it do it with the clutch off?

Are you using a boost adapter? It happened to a buddy of mine who was using a 142x12 to 148x12 boostinator. It moves the cog inward and may mean a different chainline.
Boost hub on a boost frame, clutch on or off. I actually investigated the cable length at the derailleur and lengthened it slightly, it seems to be going in straight, but same result. Is anybody’s experience to run longer than short working? Thanks for the input.
