XT Disc Set up problems!!

I installed 03 XT discs on my wife’s bike and they run great the problem i'm having is every time I take the bike off of the rack to go on a ride I put the front wheel on and the rotor rubs to the wheel side when it started out perfect. I will get the bike home and use spacers to get the rotor running perfect again only to test by taking the wheel off and putting it back on and it rubs again. I make sure to compress the shock to ensure the wheel is properly seated and no go. Please help with any set up suggestions or recommendations

Shimano's do self adjust a little bit. Also make sure you're applying the same tension on the quick release. They have these things called quick nuts that might help if you're having problems tightening the qucik release to the same tension every time. Once you get the wheel in the bike, i'd give the lever a few squeezes to re-align the pads. unless you're having some kind of sticky pison or something it should be fairly easy..
