So you know those little black plastic sleeves that hold the adjustment screws in the X.0 rear derrailleur? Well one of mine broke, so the screw doesn't stay in. I don't see them in the spare parts catalogue, are they actually replaceable or am I just screwed here?

Anyone have a email for a tech guy at SRAM or something?

Wow, I thought I was the first to bust one of those. Mine broke yesterday, 30 feet from the bike shop door on my first ride. We spent an hour trying to get one out of a spare X.9 they had around the shop, but couldn't without breaking it. So they finally scavenged a new X.0 off a bike on the floor.

So now I have a 2005 X.0 on my 2006 bike, which is a bummer, but at least I could ride it today.

So I guess this doesn't help you at all. I can tell you they're pressed in there pretty tightly, so I'm a bit skeptical that you can get a new one in there without breaking it.

Good luck -- let us know what you figure out.
