I like the upper-end Avids quite a bit. They change names every year it seems like (so I'm not sure what they call them these days), but the upper end ones are light and work well. I've owned Avid Mags, TIs, Ultimates, and SD-7s and they all work great.Ironhorse said:I'm in the market soon for some good XC brakes, but not sure what is very good for XC.
