x-post.. Spinner Aeris travel issues....still a problem?

Sorry about the cross post in the shocks forum...I just wanted to reach as many people as I could.

I am interested in getting a 2009 Spinner Aeris Sport fork. I have a couple of concerns about it and wanted to check in with some people that have had experience with it.

I have read some older reviews (2006) and a bunch mentioned that they only got about 50-60mm of the claimed 80mm of travel. Did Spinner fix this problem or if I get a 2009 fork may I run into getting short travel from an already short travel fork?

I am about 175lbs and do a fair amount of technical riding, I have heard that it is a pretty flexy fork (as lightweight forks are sometimes).....is it a bad amount of flex or is it worth the lighter weight?

Thanks.

Where are you buying the fork from? I've seen these on eBay for about £150. They sure are superlight huh?
