Got out with an old colorado front range buddy out on Slickrock swamp.... too much fun in short sleeves and shorts today

Well Dave,
these pictures are the last straw, I'm not liking you to much right now. Fruita will be snowed in for quite awhile yet. I'm done with this snow, I only got 2 rides in after my last chemo before all this white crap fell. I need to ride and can't get off work to make Sedona ( something about not working the last 5 months) so pedal and drink in the sunshine for me.

i'd love that about now. high for the week so far has been 9F. wind chills have been -20F or more. tons of snow and ice everywhere. the paved mups get plowed occasionally, so i can ride a little 7 mile loop around town. this coming week we might see 20F every day, i'm surprisingly happy about that.

i gotta get west. stupid iowa weather...grumble grumble.
