No downhill riding or skiing there, but nice XC riding at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, just minutes away from Rio Verde. Competitive tracks or Pemberton.

down here now enjoying the sun, but i'm still looking for some trails to ride, any suggestions?
For dh riding, there is always South Mountain, about an hour out of Fountain Hills. Geronimo, Holbert and Mormon are some of the more famous trails.

well, went over to mcdowell for about 4 hours to day, highly dissapointed untill i found the funner stuff to ride, i started out on some nature walk stuff, just wasn't cool, lol, then i found the scenic route, that was cool to see the views of the valley and it was fun, then i saw the challenge tracks and was only able to ride one of them, but it was fun. thanks every one for your help, probly be back next christmas or for easter!
