the Wyoming Valley Levee System.
Started out in Wyoming by the Airport, the top of the dike is paved, but is starting to deteriorate, it's a nice ride with the River on one side and a view of the Mountains on the other, You do hit some sidewalk and traffic when your spit out on River st. Hooked up on the Kingston Levee and rode that to Kirby Park, then took the Olmstead trail that runs in the woods behind Kirby park to Nesbitt park, and back to Wyoming.
It was a cold windy day but I hung in there for around a 10 and a half mile ride
