I just read in the paper, that crankworks is going to be in whistler

I thought it was taking place in CO, Crapworks is going to be going on THE SAME WEEK I'm up there.

Am I even going to be able to ride?

This sucks as$

Yea dude, I think Crankworks is an annual event there. Always check to make sure nothing else is scheduled, if you want to miss the crowds. October is a great time to go. Most of the vacationers are gone, and things definitely quiets down once school starts back up.

HAHA yea crankworks is annual in whistler, but the company who owns whistler also owns Winter Park, and decided to bless us colorado riders with our own crankworks.

Well, I guess my question now is; Should I go for some crankworks? and have it be really crowded and hard to ride?

Or do I go up there later like in aug or sept and have it less crowded and able to ride the whole time?

I've never been to crankworks. I'll be riding single unless anyone up there wants to ride with me. so the lines to the shuttle I'm not so worried about. but the crowdedness of the trails.
