Now.. let the wringing of hands and the building of bonfires commence.They particularly believe that the boys were blamed for the accident that killed Brandon — that it was their fault because only two of the bikes had what the police called “minimal reflectors,” because they were riding abreast, because their clothing was dark, albeit with reflectors, because they weren’t wearing helmets.
Actually the article I read said she blew a 0.0 on the scene.Neither the COp or his Wife were checked for being impaired... This case stinks....
That was a concern of the boy’s parents. I’m guessing they will check phone records for the time of the incident. If her husband was driving behind her it’s quite possible that they were talking on the phone while doing so.I stand corrected. I wonder did they check to see if she was texting?
