color is RED

Fork: Marzocchi mx comp 100mm
Brakes: Avid Juicy 5, 160mm rotors

Race Face cranks
Alex rims and shimano hubs. All Rocky Mountain wheels are signed by the wheel tech that laces them up.

brand new Sram chain.

Great handling bike, tough frame w/ nice geometry & made in Canada (not Taiwan). Prob a good fit for someone under 6' - has a short top tube for it's size (18.5").

The bike itself sounds good, but I'd say you should take a good close look at it before buying. I bought an 2002 Trek Fuel last year and only rode it for five months before the frame cracked, and Trek's warranty was void since I wasn't the original owner. If it looks like the Vertex hasn't been ridden regularly, then it might be worth a shot, otherwise buyer beware, as they say...
