So apparently CDale doesn't make a stem any longer/taller than my current 130mm 35 degree setup. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get bar a bit higher? I've considered something like the Mungo to get the 'drops' in a better position, but then I am also looking at having to get a road stem. I love my dirtdrops, so any ideas would be appreciated.

Im not sure about ordering from overseas, but here is one option:
140mmX 20 deg

and also the cannondale website lists a 140mmX 20 degree stem available, check out the aftermarket parts list direct from the cannondale website, maybe you can use the part number to order direct from cannondale:

also, google came up with this shop who for some odd reason has a 145mm X 50d headshock stem in stock, unfortunately their located in chicago, but i bet they're just dying to get rid of that stem:

The Kozy stem looks a little fishy, but I'm going to give them a call anyway. 50 degrees is probably about perfect for this setup.

Your current WTB setup looks just about right to me, about the same as I have on the Sofa King!

I like the bar "tops" just about level with the seat.....I think you're close! How'z your position (comfort-wise) whilst standing and climbing??

The Mungo is a mustache-type bar.
The Midge is the dropbar (less drop than the WTB).
Both use mtb stems.
