I'm posting here on the off-chance that someone here might be looking to sell their XC (or trail/all-mountain) dual suspension bike. I'm looking for one for my girlfriend, who I am gently introducing to our sport (and am hoping to get her addicted ).

She is 5'1", so there aren't many good bikes that fit her. It's basically down to a Gary Fisher Cake 2 GS in XS, or a small/xs Santa Cruz Juliana. Also, maaybe a 13" Jamis Dakar XC Comp. I'm open to other suggestions (maybe an Ellesworth in XS? I dunno).

If you've got something suitable you'd like to sell, let me know.

I'm pretty sure there are some other options for small bikes. Titus comes to mind, and there may be others. There have been some really good threads on this in the past ~ you might check our FAQ for small bikes threads links.

Check into Specialized. I've got a 13" Hardrock. Not saying to look at the hardrock itself, but I've had good luck with Specialized all together.

Thanks for the input everyone. She ended up getting a 14" Trek Fuel 7 WSD. It fit her well (the sizing is actually more like a 13" frame) and it was good value for money too. Well worth checking out if you're in the market for a smaller bike.
