Would that be poison oak at jmp?

All along the side of cinderella trail? I was dropping my bike into the foilage without thinking much today...get home and I'm itchy!

I was wearing full clothes, but gloves to face definitely happened..

Is that poison oak on cindy? Naturally while writing this, my whole friggin body is starting to itch.

no, it's mostly scotch broom and berry bushes. They will make you itch a little bit as well. The PO has lost its plumage for the winter.

How was JMP btw....was supposed to go yesterday but got screwed over!!!! :madman: :madman: :madman: Now it's supposed to rain again but I figure if it was pretty dry, a small shower won't make it a soggy mess.......

I've always thought PO could get you even without leaves. What might look like twigs in the winter might be PO plants. http://plants.montara.com/ListPages/FamPages/Anacardia.html And there's plenty of it in JMP, Redwood, everywhere.

I rode JMP on Saturday. Nice and tacky down Cinderella. I love it when there's a little bit of water in the creek that crosses Cindy about 1/2 way.

I tossed some hydrocortizone on last night after scrubbing with hot water and went to bed itchy as hell, woke up fine. The swelling went way down though, so that's good.

It was great until that drizzle/half-rain started around 4. Kinda made the landings on the jumps on cindy "soupy" with no traction. By 5 it was drying out already and the traction was good. If it rained last night, and I think it did, I'd wait a day :thumbsup:
