In search of "dry" technical singletrack. Where to go?

Weather permitting, we were thinking of checking out Wompatuck next weekend.

Can someone point out where the fun stuff is?
Should I just follow this route?
Here is a map for reference.

I'd love to ride HP, but I'm sure it's not ready.

Freetowns dry and technical, but possibly a longer drive.

Might not make a difference though if this nor'easter hits on Wednesday. Better watch the weather and keep your fingers crossed.

At this point anything in the south shore is pretty dry. I went to Cutler park over near Newton last Thursday and it was a muddy disaster.

The orange colored trails have been the driest (with a few perennial wet spots notwithstanding). I'm riding there tonight, I'll be back with an update.
