My rotor wobble but it's not touching the pad.
Is this normal?
IS there anyone out there with a 100% true rotor?

Mine is true

Never had an issue with my rotors going out of true. FWIW, You can bend the rotor carefully back to make it true.

Same here. True rotors all around. Although, I did have a bent one on an older bike and did a quick fix that has lasted for over 3 yrs now. Just find where the "bend" is and take note of its location. Then use an allen wrench, adjustable wrench, etc (many techniques) to carefully bent the affected section little bits at a time until the majority of the wobble is gone. You probably wont get it to be 100% true but you will get it with in a reasonable range. Oh yea!!! Be sure NOT TO TOUCH THE ROTOR with your fingers or anyother greasy thing. Should work fine after that. :D
