Hey guys and gals,
I'm working on a project in Atlanta that for practical purposes is an urban park, despite that many neighbors feel it's their own personal paradise. It's the Chattachoochee River National Recreation Area and part of th National Park Service. We have just completed phase 1 of a major trail rehab program with the NPS and phase 2 starts in October.
As part of my plan to rally neighbors behind the project and encourage more team work and less bickering, I'm meeting with one of the largest neighborhood associations and would like to show examples of other urban parks -- the width of the trail, trail features, other users, etc.
Please post up some pictures from Wiss or even other urban parks you may have in the Philly area where biking is allowed.
Thanks for your help!
