Pikes Peak BMX will be running races this weekend, and the temps should be in the 50s.

I might. I have a chance to go check out some jumps on Saturday, and I took another fall this week and my wrist is not happy with me. All signs are pointing to the track though.

You know I am not sure, I just always ride with one. Let me check the rules.

UPDATE:

2010 ABA BMX rules (PDF)

All riders must wear helmets with a permanent strap attached; snaps are not allowed. Helmets must have sufficient padding and be of good quality. The ABA highly recommends a full-face helmet or a helmet that covers the ears.

We had a small showing of MTB and Cruisers riding together while I rode double duty in MTB and BMX. The course needed sove love and we dished it. They will be running again next week, and remember, the first time is free!
