Will Wheels Fit?

Sure, both have QR front and rear hubs. You might need to swap brake rotors, if they're not the same size, but I believe both use 6-bolt hubs. Other than needing to recenter the brake calipers, and possibly adjust the rear derailleur, you shouldn't have any problems.
