Hey guys -

Just bought a new Carbine 29er after selling my Tracer T275. Complete bike came with 160mm rotors and that's just not gonna cut it.

Will a 203mm rotor clear the frame on the rear? Anybody try this?

it should. Intense always spec their frame to take up to 203mm.

Mine has 180mm, and still has room for bigger one.

Curious to know why the switch from 27.5 to 29?
Because why not? :)
Honestly, I just wanted to try something new. I'm NOT a great climber (especially slower-speed technical climbing), and I've been told the 29" wheels help with that.

Just did a quickie 10-mile +2100ft loop up here @ Tiger Mountain and this bike absolutely kills it in every regard.

Stoked.

Reason I ask is next year will be update year for the trail bike. I'm sorta torn between 29 and 275.
