Looking into putting a 29" bike together and was wondering if a 700c frame will accept the 29" rim and will the v-brakes be aligned to the rim............
thanks just trying a new experience with new bike. gonzo

29's use the same 622 erd rim as all 700c bikes do.

That is 622 mm bead diameter, not ERD. ERD changes from rim to rim and is used to calculate spoke lengths.

Yes, 700c and 29" rims are the same thing.

Yes, but the 29er tires are not going to fit a road frame. If that is what you are thinking about.
