Wide 24" rims?

Looking for something around 30mm inside width (maybe more) for a 70 lb xc/snow rider. I'm not finding anything outside of heavy duty dh or muni rims.

I think WTB makes them as I have seen a WTB 24” i30 spec’d on the NukeProof Cub Scout race 24 at chain reaction cycles.
I Remember this from back when we were looking for a bike for my kid.
