For anyone out there who has been training for awhile, if you have a limited week in terms of days (3 days vs. 5 or 6) & have plenty of base - should you throw it down on the days you can ride?
Been pretty much discussed in detail. Yes, that is how to get the most bang for your buck out of a low volume week, provided you do not need to rest instead.
