Wich MC-E is better optic for a helmet light?

The 35mm x 17mm Tesco's jobby in there £9 - £12 Torch sounds ideal but I've no way to fit it in my torch.

I tried a Fraen alot less output than my 35mmx25mm ish DX Reflector, so I think the DX one is the 1 to go for, opened my DX reflectos hole up so it fits lower down and improved the spot and removed the black hole in the middle perfectly.

Having seen beam shots of the IRIS Optic 10degree, I'll be working on a plan to strap 1 of those to a torch, likely need a slightly bigger torch

Yeah, this is a drawback for me.
