Not sure where else to post this, but if you look at the Canada World Cup from last weekend, both the winner and runner-up have R7s, but painted matte black, almost like cheapo spray paint, not even gloss black factory with decals removed...it actually looks really lame.

Also noticed they are no longer using Avid brakes, looks like Magura maybe...I know, get a life, but things like this make me go hmmmm.

Those are Pace forks, not R7's.

you know, I was thinking that, since I saw a touch of blue on the left leg, and I just got a R7, and there's no blue up there...I knew Pace was one of the only others using arches behind the fork. Euro thing I guess - pace forks, magura brakes.

Pace might want to ask them to throw a freakin' decal on there. Of course, the Pace forks I saw at JensonUSA.com recently retailed at $1000.00!!! Won't be sellin too many of those here.
