Who makes Windsor bikes? and how do they compare to Moto's?

Taiwanese welders? I think Windsor operates on it's own, like many web-based bike builders. They buy frames from Asia, and build them up for resale on the web. They can offer low prices because they have virtually no overhead.

If they do have a parent company, they need to fork over some cash for a website upgrade. Gross.
