I bought a bike that has a Manitou Tower Pro on it, and even at max air pressure it is still too soft for me, so I want to get firmer springs put in. Suspension Experts doesn't work on the Tower Pro anymore and Shockspital is listed on Manitou's website. Is this something I might be able to do myself or should I trust a pro?

The fork can be a little tricky to work on. But it can be done by yourself. You will need oil, and grease for the rebuild. And you can cross thread the compression cap screw if you are not careful. There is a You tube video on this if you want to watch that first then figure out if you want to take this project on. If not, send it in to Shockspital and Tyson will take care of you.
