Depends on the snow level.

In general, Whistler opens up in early May on the lower half of the mountain and late-May / early June for Garbonzo. Of course, that depends on the amount of snowpack this winter. Early June would be the earliest you should plan a trip there if you're making a big trip of it.

EB hit it on the head. Some of the central/southern BC locations may open a little ahead of Whistler. Red, Revelstoke, Kamloops, Nelson.

ya never know...if these useless conditions continue they may be able to open sooner...maybe january

Try to look at the bright side; it's not every season you can practice crevasse rescue in Whistler bowl.

well they are up bombing on the peak right now...so they must have go some sort of snow overnight
