Whisky No.9 Bars & ASTM Rating

Looking at a pair of these risers for my mtb. Does anyone have any experience with them? Also should the ASTM rating be disregarded? I've never seen this before and its a bit deterring. This is for my (dare I say it) downcountry bike that definitely sees jumps/drops larger than 2 feet on some trails.
  • ASTM Condition 3 - For rough off-road riding and jumps less than 24"

Which bars you looking at? how much you weigh? I was in the market for flat bar to put on my Enduro bike and was going to get the No.9 35mm, if 2020+ they are in the cat 4 single black diamond. Couldn't find anyone with the newer bars last year, maybe I should go looking again. Solid logo, old. Outline logo, 2020+.

Sorry to hijack, but is a Cat 4 handlebar bike park safe for a 175lb rider?
