yes yes - i know there are threads - i tried to do my own studies but this wonderful american educational system left me a little ill equipped, as you can see, i can't even capitalize my proper-nouns and whatnot.

anyways - it's a 178mm monster t - between 1999-2002 - it has red external adjustment knobs.

like a wine, a good year or not?

my guess is an '01, looks just like mine. the '02 had black knobs. the '00 had silver lowers (i have one of those too).....

Weight is somwhere near 4kg.
Work is fantastic, travel is enough.
Friend of mine has one.
There is one issue with them. Brake mount was cracking sometimes.
Still i saw few personaly and no one had this, so its not that common.
So if weight is not an issue you cant go wrong with this fork.

Wasn't it? In fact I thought all those models from about '00-'02 were really the same fork with varying colors. I loved my '02. I even rode some epic trail rides with that fork. But I got old, and 9.5lbs. kicked my a$$.

Probably a 2001(?) regardless an awesome fork. I rocked my 2000 model for 4 years :thumbsup:
