I've been trying to figure out which year fox talas 9qr 140 RLC that I have. Initially when I bought it used, he told me it was a 2008, but after googling some images of 2008 and 09 and 07 talas's, they don't really match up well.

Anyone tell me which year fork it is? I'm trying to see if I'd be able to do a FIT damper swap to it. Thanks.

It is a 2007 Fox but it is an OEM fork from a Specialized.............

As I recall: (and I may be wrong because I have run into a lot of trees in my time) it seems to me that Mike McAndrews told us that the "...only F-Series RLC with black labels were sold to Specialized and "a few other small players" in 2007..." during a 'technical issues' phone conference.....

I'm going to confuse you by sayings it's a 2008 model. I have had the 2007 RLC and the travel adjust knob is not the same. However my 2007 fox 36 RC2 travel adjust knob is the same as yours......
