Which Shimano SPD shoe?

Hi there,

So i've finally decided to go clipless, but now i'm not sure what shoes to get.

Is there a big difference between getting something that looks half casual like the mt22, or a MTB specific shoe like the M063 (links below)

What are the advantages of each design?
I'd rather have something that I can walk at least kinda comfortably in , and nothing that breaks the bank, i'm sticking to around £50 as i'm not even sure if i'll like the clipless yet!
By the way, i'm not too keen on their all mountain shoes with the large lace covers, and i'd rather stick with something that dosnt look too wacky
My riding is mostly xc with all mountain thrown in

here are some others i'm considering
