142 10 speed quick release? What are the key spec point I need to use for search criteria? Ultimately I will narrow the selection down to a decent wheel with sealed bearings... I think anyway...

142 is thru axle, there isn’t a such thing as 142 quick release. Your frame uses a standard 135mm quick release hub. So any quick release 135mm hub will do.

Yep. M525 is a 135 qr hub.
