It depends on if it's a new or used bike. If you'll go used get a coiler. They're great.
New bike, i'm undecided on the magic link, and a stinky isn't really a good all mountain rig (HEAVY) so I'd say a Dawg wouldn't be a bad option if you're not going to go gonzo on the bike.

The coiler is great for all-mountain... but the budget is another factor you should consider. Also it depend on your AM definition... If it involves big harsh downhills hit and big jumps, 7 inches of travel(coiler)... Fast and wild trails with small jumps, 6 inches(dawg)... insane high speed with no intentional jumps but you do get air then 5 inches (one20). And that if your looking for a duelly. If it a hardtail... If it involves big harsh downhills hit and big jumps then a five-0... anything less and you should be fine with anything from a caldera to blast. But hardtails is really all about your budget. You can even go for a custom set-up...that involves bargain hunting and time. But most meber here at kona would be more than glad to help. Hope that helps. By the way welcome to MTBR and Kona.
