The Sette is the better bike. Most components seem equal more or less, but the Sette gives you XT hubs while the Moto gives you no-name hubs. That distinction alone gives the Sette the edge.

At this point, I'd buy neither bike for myself (I have my eyes on a custom steel rig with a belt drive, actually).

Neither , at this price point a hard tail would be a much better choice . Just my two cents .
