As the title says, I'm in need of 104 BCD 180mm cranks - lightest possible - for a 1 x 10 or 1 x 9 arrangement. Square taper, ISIS, Octalink preferred, but all options are open and on the table.

I found some old square taper Truvativ crank arms with the BCD of 104/64, but they weigh 294g for the right arm and 250g for the left - and that's for the 175mm version. I know the Shimano XT's weigh quite a bit as well (especially if forced to use an Octalink bottom bracket).

Any ideas?

Estimated weight: 755g w/threaded BB for the 3 x 10 and 698g w/threaded BB for the 2 x 10 and I assume those weights are not for the 180mm version. Looks like proprietary chain rings with that angular cut at the arms for sure.

Any other suggestions for 180mm cranks to be run 1 x 10 with the 104 BCD?

Sent you a PM... I have XTR 180's and 104 BCD w/ 952BB if you are interested.

The 2x10 trail cranks (38x26t) are 104bcd, pretty sure I saw someone already using them 1x on here.

The arms without rings or BB weigh 526g. A nice light alu. chainring should be around 45g (depending on size, and manufacturer of course), alu single speed bolts are around 10g for 4, and then 89g for the BB. So your looking at ~670g for a complete 175mm setup.

EDIT: Here's the cranks I saw. They're setup for a singlespeed but it should work the same for a 1x.
