As far as I know, this is a female socket M8 bolt with an M8 allen key head, 8mm outer diameter, and from inside the head to the end it measures 42mm (maybe 42.2mm). What's the real name for this bolt?

I also need it to be high grade, strong enough that it won't break or bend like the last one.

Those type of bolts are usually either called Architectural bolts or Sex bolts. You can also find them per application labeled as shock thru bolt.
