I ride the Cape alot and here are the best places. Fast, swoopy singletrack.

That Willow Street map doesn't show much of the potential riding. Here's a better view: http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=139259 , although some of the outlying areas include a little bit of street riding to get to.
