Hey all,
Planning a family vacation for October and looking for a good place to rent and ride some trails for a day. Is there any place where we can rent bikes and jump right on trails or pickup rented bikes at trailheads?

Looking for intermediate to difficult trails for 7-10 miles of riding. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Klurejr's thread has everything you need to know, but for a quick cliff's notes, North of the Border has historically maintained a rental fleet of bikes, and they are literally right at a Penasquitos trailhead. Penasquitos isn't exactly epic, but there are some fun spots. You might want to call them to make sure the pandemic shortage hasn't caused them to sell off the rental bikes to the highest bidder or anything. But in the past, NOTB was the go-to spot for getting a rental at the trailhead without having to drive.

Agreed, NOTB is a good shop in a great location.
