They are out of stock everywhere since Cannondale and Answer parted ways, it doesnt look like any more will be produced.
Your best bet will be to buy a used lefty on ebay or here with the tpc or spv already in it. It's not the cheapest option, but there doesnt seem to be much of a choice now.
If you can live with what you have for a while longer, the 2010 lefty's should start showing up in the wild in the next 6 months or so. You could get a new or used PBR or RLC with the 140 mm travel.
