Have looked all over the web for Mavic Freehub oil, for my rear hub. The only place I found it was @ Cambria but they were out. Anyone know any where else I can find it, please?
I've read a few threads where people have used Pedros Road Rage or Syn Lube. I'd prefer the Mavic original oil. Help!!

You can order the Mavic stuff from a Mavic dealer, but it's not cheap. Don't remember exactly how much I was quoted, but I opted to try out Pedro's Road Rage and have been very happy. I've also read that the Mavic stuff is nothing more than plain mineral oil, same as you can find cheap in any drugstore, but I can't confirm that.

Its amazingly similar to inexpensive mineral oil. I've used cheap drugstore mineral oil since I've used mavic hubs. No issues.

Thanks to all!! I read about the mineral oil and I was just browsing the web to get a price/availability on the oil. It seemed difficult to find. I was going to go to my lbs theyare really great about getting me my stuff! Thanks again!

I use Shimano Disc brake mineral oil. I have been using it on bikes for the last year with no issues.
