I buy my light green alloy bolts from Nano Here
and Robert at r2-bike Here Cost abit more but the quality is there.
They are a light green but I don't think it will exactly match your cap.
IMHO I don't think Toronto Cycles make good colour alloy bolts but they too make nice Ti-bolts.
The top cap and the water bottle bolts are the finishing touches to tie in with the green on the frame. I happened to win the top cap the same week I got the frame and it's the perfect color. Since the bolts are on a white patch and next to the green strip it would be cool looking if I can find some low profile head bolts in the exact same color. If it was just about weight I'd ditch the top cap and fill the WB holes with silicone.
