Can you buy a quill stem with cable mount for a 1990s Hardrock? Or was the mount separate? I'm removing a flexstem with mount and want to go back to a short OEM style stem but don't see any with mounts. The stem is 7/8" and the bars are 1". the cable mount sits lower than the head stock.

Look for Tioga quill stem on ebay.
