When you have trouble finding something through your usual sources, it's not a bad idea to go to this web site:

They aren't going to always find every source or the best price but you will generally get 80% of who's got the product and what they're selling it for. I bought a pair of WXC300s from A.E. Bike last year.. from what I remember, they had a competitive price and their shipping was relatively quick & cheap. I just put these tires back on my bike yesterday for my first snow ride and they performed like a champ.. love 'em.
If you are looking for info on Nokian's tires, it is not easy to find their web site since the bike tire division was sold to Suomi.. here's the link:
